Delivery & Shipping

If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or return at a later time. However, perishable items will only be attempted once, and no refunds will be issued for failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability.

Refunds & Replacements

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately. Refunds are processed based on the issue and our policy guidelines.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours for resolution.
